Shaanxi Zhongxing Casting & Forging Co., Ltd (Zhongxing for short), established in July 1997, is one of the largest ISO 9001: 2008-certificated private foundries in northwest China, specializing in producing steel castings, ductile iron castings, alloy iron castings with the weight from about 50kgs to 12000kgs. It covers nearly 40000 square meters, with the workshop of 15, 000 square meters. More than 800 tons molten steel and 500 tons castings are able to produced here per month. An automated V-Process Casting (here "V" means Vacuum) molding line has been set up at the end of 2011, productivity increased greatly From 2012. Many employees here are from former large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and most of them have about 30 years experience in the field of casting. Also, 80% of our front line workers have worked in our company for more than 5 years. In nearly 10 years, long-lasting sow molds, ingot molds, skim pans, dross pans, drain pans, salt pans, bath pans, anode yokes and related items produced by Zhongxing to customers specifications are helping non-ferrous metal recycling; Remelting and tough metal producers reduce costs. And now, most of the products mentioned above are made here via V-Process. Compared with sand castings, v-process castings will have much tougher tolerances, better surface finish, lower operating cost and shorter lead times. According to customers requirements, Magnetic particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT) are available here.
